	Susan A. Foster is owner and president of Thornapple Financial Center, as well as Co-Regional Director for the state of Michigan for Money Concepts.She has been doing business in Middleville since 1986. She is an Accredited Business Accountant (ABA), a member of National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP), and is a member of the National Society of Accountants (NSA). Susan is a tax preparer, an accountant, and a financial planner. She has spent over 25 years helping people with their financial “picture.” She has a passion for helping people attain their financial goals.Susan is very active in the community and her church, serving on various boards and committees. She is a member of the Middleville Rotary Club, where she is a past-president. Susan has been married to her husband Ken since 1980. 	John C. Anderson has been a small business owner for over 35 years. He is owner and president of MTC Business, as well as a partner here at Thornapple Financial Center.John has been a tax preparer since 1970. In 1995 he received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Davenport University, with a major in accounting. John does accounting for businesses, as well as tax preparation for businesses, trusts, and individual returns.In 1991 John became a Registered Representative with Money Concepts Capital Corporation, as an independent broker. He felt that financial planning was an important part of his client’s overall financial health. John believes every client’s situation is different, and, since he is independent he can offer his clients a wide range of products; not just a “one size fits all” answer.John is active in his church and with various projects. He is married to his wife Sue and they have one daughter, and one grandchild. John plays golf and he and Sue love to travel and spend time with their family. 	Beth Berkimer joined Thornapple Financial Center as our full time accountant in July of 2001. Beth works primarily with Quickbooks software for our client’s accounting needs. She has also become proficient with the accounting for non-profit organizations including churches and camps.Beth is a Quickbooks Pro-Advisor. She prepares financial statements, balances checkbooks, prepares payrolls, and all of the related tax returns for payroll. She also prepares personal-property tax forms, and checks the corporate tax returns prepared by Susan and John. Beth works closely with all our tax preparers for tax and financial planning issues that affect our accounting clientsBeth has been married to her husband John since 1980, and they have four children, all of whom have graduated from Thornapple Kellogg Schools. She is active in her church and serves on various committees.
	Trevor Manning is a 2005 graduate of Thornapple Kellogg High School. He has Bachelor of Science degree from Davenport University and is working on his Master’s Degree in the Honors Accounting program. He will be married to his fiancé Carrie in December 2011.Trevor joined Thornapple Financial Center in 2010 processing tax returns. He became a Money Concepts Representative in the fall of 2010. 	Jessee Bays became a Money Concepts Representative and joined our office in January 2008. He has lived in West Michigan for over 30 years. He graduated from Grand Rapids Central High School. Jessee is married to Julie and they have three children. In 2010 Jessee and his family are very busy in the community. He became the Girls Varsity Basketball Coach for Thornapple Kellogg High School.Jessee’s primary focus in 401(k) plans both large and small, but he can also help you with securities, equities, bonds, and variable annuities. 	Kris Foote has been with Thornapple Financial Center since January of 1997. She is John Anderson’s administrative assistant. She began working at the reception desk, and then “graduated” to checking tax returns. In 2004, she became Susan Foster’s administrative assistant for Money Concepts. In 2007, Susan and John became Co-Regional Directors of the state of Michigan for Money Concepts, and Kris’ duties changed to include working with the reps from throughout the state.Kris attends compliance and marketing meetings to better help John and the rest of the reps in the state of Michigan.In 1987 Kris married her husband Will, and they have four children; all of whom have attended or are attending Thornapple Kellogg High School. She is very active at the school attending sporting and music events as well as serving on various committees.
	Joy Pitman joined Thornapple Financial Center in January 2010 as Susan Foster’s Administrative Assistant. Joy has lived in the Middleville area for over eight years. She is married to Jeremy and they have five children. Joy is actively involved locally with the Thornapple Kellogg schools and her church.Joy works hand-in-hand with Susan meeting each client’s needs through a wide variety of tasks from scheduling appointments to preparing forms. Joy’s goal is to make sure each person she comes in contact with has their questions answered and are happy with the service they received. In order to accomplish that goal, Joy attends meetings and seminars to continue improving her skills.
	Jasmine Patterson-Woods has been with Thornapple Financial Center since 2008. Jasmine grew up in the West Michigan area, graduating from Grand Rapids Baptist High School. She began her career at TFC as receptionist, but is now our Events Coordinator and Billing Specialist.Jasmine will be planning all of our special events for both Thornapple Financial Center and Money Concepts.Jasmine is active in her church as youth coordinator working with all ages of children from nursery to high school, and is a very busy Mom of a beautiful baby girl.
